How it runs

Ploy runs this Ploybook in 5 phases.

  1. Tell Ploy where to look

Choose the people whose expertise you want to capture and the customer calls, demos, or other internal material you want to include. Tell Ploy who on your team decides what gets added to the library.

  2. Find your company's content

Ploy scans the web for articles, interviews, videos, and posts from your company and its people. It collects the original links, checks who created each piece, and adds the full transcript once you approve the content.

  3. Choose what you want to keep

Ploy brings you a list to review in Ploy or Slack, whichever works best for your team. Approve the pieces you want to keep, including any call transcripts you choose to add. Nothing goes into your library until you approve it.

  4. Bring it all into one library

Ploy saves your approved content in one indexable context library, with links to the originals and full transcripts. If a recording doesn't have a transcript, Ploy creates one.

  5. Tap your library for future content

Your library is a live, indexable record of how your salespeople and sales leaders talk about, write about, and pitch your company. Draw on this messaging and content resource for new articles, landing pages, and newsletters.

Turn scattered knowledge into one indexable library.

Your team's expertise is scattered across interviews, podcasts, articles, and posts. You want selected customer calls, demos, or webinars to inform future content, within the access and reuse rules you approve.

  • An indexable context library

One PloyDB resource record per approved source, with attribution and source references your team can use for future content.

  • A source-linked review list

A list of content to review, with original links and the people behind each piece. You decide what gets added to the library.

  • Full transcripts

Ploy uses existing transcripts or creates them from approved recordings, then saves the full text alongside each source.

  • A record of approvals

Track which items were approved, imported, skipped as duplicates, or left pending. Preserve existing transcripts and human edits.

Yes. A Ploybook is a reusable guide that adapts each run to the inputs you provide. You can run it on demand or customize a workspace copy for recurring work. Review and test that copy before scheduling it. Runs use AI credits, and required services must be connected for the account running the workflow.
