Claude website builder: how to publish a page you built with Claude

Claude can design a web page, but it doesn't host, measure or update it. Compare the ways to publish a Claude page on your domain and what each gives you after launch.

Claude can design and code a web page, but it doesn’t host it, capture its leads, measure it or keep it up to date after launch. To publish a Claude page, you download it as HTML and put it on a static host or a website builder. The routes differ in how much of the rest you handle yourself: forms, analytics, search basics, edits and the pages that come next. Ploy handles those in one place, and this guide shows how it compares with the other options.

What Claude gives you

  • An artifact lives on a claude.ai link that visitors from ads or search usually can’t open.
  • Claude Code writes HTML, CSS and JavaScript files to a folder on your computer.
  • A Claude Design can be exported as files or sent to a connected destination.

If you only have an artifact, ask Claude for the page as downloadable files.

What a Claude page still needs after it goes live

  • A way to edit it. The copy sits inside the code, so a headline change means editing HTML or asking Claude again.
  • Forms that go somewhere. A form in a static HTML file has nowhere to send submissions until you connect a form service or backend.
  • Measurement. You need analytics to see where visitors come from and whether they convert.
  • Search basics. Meta tags, structured data and a sitemap help the page get found.
  • A home for the next page. One page usually becomes several, and each should match the last.

Every way to publish a Claude page, compared

Route What you get How you edit it after launch
Upload the file to Ploy Hosting on your domain or one path of it, form capture, analytics, visitor identification, search basics and PloyBooks Click the text, or ask Ploy’s Agent
Static host such as Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages Hosting. Forms and analytics are yours to set up Edit the code and redeploy
Rebuild in Webflow, Framer or WordPress That builder’s hosting, forms and SEO settings, after you rebuild the page by hand In that builder’s editor
Send to Wix from Claude Design Wix hosting for one HTML page In Claude Design or the code, not the Wix editor
Send to HubSpot from Claude Design A landing page in your HubSpot account, on a paid Claude plan Edit in Claude Design and send again

With Ploy, the page goes live with lead capture, analytics, visitor identification and search basics already in place, and your team can change it without touching code.

How to publish a Claude page with Ploy

  1. Download the page from Claude as an HTML file. If it has images or several files, zip the folder.
  2. Upload it to a Ploy chat and say where it goes, for example “Build this page on my site at /lp/spring-launch.” New accounts can also upload it during setup.
  3. Check the page on desktop and mobile and ask for any changes in the same chat.
  4. Publish it to your domain, or to one path of your existing domain.

You can also connect Ploy to Claude as a custom connector and ask Ploy’s Agent to build or edit pages from a Claude chat (Ploy MCP docs).

What the page gets on Ploy

  • Hosting: on your domain, or on one path such as /lp/ while the rest of your site stays where it is.
  • Forms: submissions are captured and emailed to whoever you choose.
  • Analytics: built in, including visits from AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
  • Visitor identification: the companies and people behind visits, on Starter and Pro plans.
  • Search basics: meta tags, structured data and sitemaps.
  • Edits: click the text to change copy, or ask Ploy’s Agent for bigger changes.
  • What comes next: new pages follow the same design system, and PloyBooks run recurring work such as page audits on a schedule.

Details and plan limits are in Ploy’s docs.

When another route is a better fit

If you want to send a design straight from Claude Design, Wix and HubSpot have a Send option and Ploy does not. If the page is a one-off that nobody will measure or change, a static host is simpler. Ploy fits when the page is part of your marketing site: on your domain, capturing leads, measured, and easy to change and build on. See the AI landing page builder, or compare Ploy and Claude.
